To access the directory, dial\u00a0<strong>3411<\/strong>\u00a0on campus or\u00a0<strong>617-521-3411<\/strong>\u00a0from off campus. The directory is also available from off campus when calling 617-521-2000 outside of business hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">Using a speech recognition tool, the directory can look up and connect you with any department or employee on campus when you say their name. You can also search for departments by saying\u00a0<em>department guide<\/em>\u00a0or using common synonyms such as\u00a0<em>help desk<\/em>\u00a0to reach the Technology Service Desk.
