You can also submit support requests directly through the site.<\/p>\n<p><b>Over the Phone<\/b><br \/>\nThe Service Desk provides phone support Monday\u2013Friday from 7:30am\u20135:30pm, with additional classroom\/event support hours from 5:30\u20139:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays.
