We had record adoption of this product.\u00a0 Below are some helpful hints for using Sharkpass aka Duo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can avoid the hassle of identifying yourself every time you login on the same computer and browser by simply clicking the \u201cRemember me for 30 days\u201d checkbox on lower half of the authentication screen<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging the Duo \u201cpush\u201d from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sharkpass.simmons.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/technologyadministration.cmail20.com\/t\/r-l-jrkhdrht-etkljttil-p\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1524665584341000&amp;usg=AFQjCNH2IvtCV3u_2ECLRGDrvfsVtXxC8g\">Duo mobile application<\/a>\u00a0is the most streamlined approach and the least expensive option for the College.<\/li>\n<li>If you don\u2019t have a mobile device and you are frequently verifying your identity by telephone, you transaction could be simplified with a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sharkpass.simmons.edu\/how-tos\/other-devices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/technologyadministration.cmail20.com\/t\/r-l-jrkhdrht-etkljttil-x\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1524665584341000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFK7Rk3symKws6rEoet5ww8eZ3ZjQ\">hardware token<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please contact the Service Desk at\u00a0<span id=\"gc-number-39\" class=\"gc-cs-link\" title=\"Call with Google Voice\">617-521-2222<\/span>\u00a0for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In our continued effort to improve information security for our community, the College rolled out Sharkpass in May 2017.
