Simmons Alert provides timely notifications via cellphone, voicecall, and email in the event of an emergency situation on or near the Simmons campus.  To improve ease of use, Technology — in cooperation with the Registrar’s Office, Human Resources, and Public Safety — has moved registration and maintenance of Simmons Alert contact numbers from Workday and AARC to its own application.  Current Simmons Alert contact information has been migrated to the new platform.  Everyone should login at http://alerts.simmons.edu/ in order to validate their information to ensure they are notified of future emergencies affecting the campus.  Emergency Contact information — who the University calls when something unfortunate happens to you — is maintained in Workday for all members of the community.
